We work closely with our fulfillment partners, to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛑 Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via our Contact Us page or reply to your order confirmation email.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Within 14 days of receiving your parcel, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Full refund if your order never arrives.
• Full refund if your order arrives after the guaranteed delivery time (1–3 business days after dispatch, excluding processing time).
• Full or partial refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Refunds are not available in cases where:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
• The parcel was undeliverable due to local customs, postal issues, or natural events beyond our control.
• The product was damaged through customer misuse or improper handling.
• The wrong size was ordered and accurate sizing charts were provided on the product page.

We encourage all customers to check the sizing chart carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

• Skincare, cosmetics, or personal-care items with a broken seal
• Underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal or tags are removed
• Pierced jewellery once the seal has been broken
